Terrible service long time waiting nobody is there
Always had an appointment given same day when genuinely need one, if it can wait then yes there is a wait but that is how it should be, urgency needs to be assessed otherwise those who urgently need an appointment wouldn’t need one
The long wait isn't good enough if your sick you will never get an appointment the text link for 7 days you will need 4 or 5 weeks trying to get an appointment but still nothing available. They don't care clearly and want you to suffer. I don't believe a single good review about this place probably paid or 100% fake.
Excellent surgery. Always provides a great service. Thank you to all of the GPs, nurses and receptionists at the Porch
