There was a dead bee in my water. I sucked up a dead bee through a straw that was in my water. When I told my waitress about it, she literally did nothing.. not even offer me another water.? maybe it was because we had already closed out. Idk... just weird.. to make an error like pouring a dead bee into someone's water cup and then doing nothing to rectify the situation. This happened around 5PM yesterday. My only regret was not taking a picture of it. Probably not eating here or any Porch locations again!
My husband and I came in yesterday and were visiting from Oklahoma. We had someone highly recommend The Porch, so we gave it a shot for lunch. It was pretty empty when we came in, only two other tables of people were in the restaurant. We sat at the bar and started off with nachos. They were really good, the chicken was great, but I was disappointed to get charged an extra $3 when I asked for additional queso.
