Such a great experience working with the PMORD. I originally sought out Dan’s team to add nerf bars I couldn’t install myself. The team went above and beyond grinding and cutting out old, rusted and broken frame bolts - 34 year old jeep, while also replacing the frame bolts with new and correct bolts. The communication, detail, pricing and quality is top notch. You’ve gained a customer for life. I’d recommended them to anyone looking for 4x4 and more.
The guys at the shop were great they are a lifesaver. My boyfriend and I were driving down to Florida, and he noticed that the tires were wobbling. so he had to figure out a shop that he could rely on to fix the issues. However, we were on a time crunch, so the guys at Poormans were able to source a new axle for us next day, which is incredible itself, and then they were able to also finish the whole thing in two days. The Poor Man’s Off Road Depot absolutely exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in because it was overheating, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, my radiator was crushed and needed to be replaced. I dropped the car off on February 3rd, and they immediately got to work ordering parts and handling the repairs. What really stood out was how much they looked out for me as a customer. Dan was very patient on helping us choose are new tires. Also fixed our shocks and then discovered that are engine mounts was broken. Let us know and we decide to fix it. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’m glad I decided to use them.
