Dan and his crew were great! Dan guided me through the whole process and gave me some great suggestions. I called several places to get prices but what stood out with Poor Man’s Off Road Depot was the responsiveness and customer service. . Never felt like they were trying to shake me down and over charge. Once all was approved it only took about 5 days for them to get all the parts. I brought my Jeep in with a death wobble. The car wasn’t a great driving experience, I felt everything on the road and thought that was just how the car drove. I brought it in with the intention of fixing just a death wobble, turns out I had so many other underlying problems that ruined my driving experience. I had a 4” Rough Country lift, shocks, and 35s installed on my truck at Poor Man’s Offroad, and overall I had a very positive experience with Dan and his shop. The quality of the work was solid, and when I picked the truck up there were a couple of minor issues that came up. Dan took care of them immediately and without hesitation, which spoke volumes about standing behind his work.
