Excellent time at Park MGM Pools last weekend. We travel to many Vegas pools and this is a great one. Great set up, smooth check-in process and friendly staff. We reserved two chairs at the North Pool on day one, and the East Pool on day two. Stayed almost the entire day, each day. Great price, as the chairs are in ideal locations around the pool, and come with a server and plenty of complimentary water bottles. One of the better pool areas in Las Vegas if you’re an adult and you’re looking to get away from the beach party scene. The adult pool is absolutely perfect for relaxing and getting some sun in the afternoon.
I had a wonderful experience at Park MGM. Everyone was so kind, and I loved that it is a smoke-free hotel. However, I did have a negative interaction at the pool. When I was heading to the pool, everyone was so nice, they greeted me and told me about the pools, especially when I mentioned it was my first time there. The staff was super kind, although I didn’t get anyone's names. Unfortunately, things took a turn when I was leaving the pool.
