Politely returned a part that got the wrong size and said I found the correct size at another store for 1/5 of the cost and the owner decided to get rude and told me to take my business elsewhere that they didn’t want it. As a manager for a business that deals with the general public everyday I would never speak to a customer in the way she does. They will not even service my dad's pool. And they're the ones that installed his inground pool! Told him that he was out of their service area! He wasn't out of it when they wanted the $ to install the pool!! Took a Polaris vacuum over there too because my dad didn't like it and wanted to trade up to a nicer Polaris. They talked him into keeping the one he had. He didn't like it...we sold it and bought one off Amazon! Will not deal with these people at all anymore!!
