They will not even service my dad's pool. And they're the ones that installed his inground pool! Told him that he was out of their service area! He wasn't out of it when they wanted the $ to install the pool!! Took a Polaris vacuum over there too because my dad didn't like it and wanted to trade up to a nicer Polaris. They talked him into keeping the one he had. He didn't like it...we sold it and bought one off Amazon! Will not deal with these people at all anymore!!
