Friendly and spot on with help on pool. Very reasonable. Always available for pool answers.
We really wanted to have a positive experience with this company, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out that way. We’ve had our pool for two years, and the pool light has never functioned properly—it’s been stuck on red the entire time. Despite numerous requests for repairs, we’re still waiting for them to address the issue. Called to schedule an appt to come inspect the pool the lady that answered the phone was impatient.
We bought a new pool from them, and the quote they gave us had a salt water filter. We decided we didn't want the salt water filter, so the gentleman told us that if we didn't want it, he would give us the money back for the filter. We dropped the check off for the pool and stuff 7/01/2024. They came and installed the new pool the first week in August. They never brought the ladder to go with our new pool.
