We really wanted to have a positive experience with this company, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out that way. We’ve had our pool for two years, and the pool light has never functioned properly—it’s been stuck on red the entire time. Despite numerous requests for repairs, we’re still waiting for them to address the issue. Additionally, when they poured concrete to extend our patio, they did as we asked but didn’t add any slope to allow rainwater to drain off. Called to schedule an appt to come inspect the pool the lady that answered the phone was impatient.
We bought a new pool from them, and the quote they gave us had a salt water filter. We decided we didn't want the salt water filter, so the gentleman told us that if we didn't want it, he would give us the money back for the filter. We dropped the check off for the pool and stuff 7/01/2024. They came and installed the new pool the first week in August. They never brought the ladder to go with our new pool. Very friendly service. Very knowledgeable on up keep of all styles of pools. Free water testing also.
I'm so happy I found The Pool Store. Our salt chlorinator was hit by lightning and the very next day Anthony came out to install a new one. He told that they also test water so I took mine and had it tested and the attention to detail and explanation on what to do if what I appreciate. They also fixed our waterfall that was not installed properly from another company.
