They were very helpful in assisting me in purchasing my above-ground pool before this summer.
It is our first time owning a pool (gunite, salt) and we know nothing about balancing the water/chemicals. Every week I bring in a sample and they tell me exactly what I need to do. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Will definitely be getting my supplies and any other pool needs from the Sapulpa Pool Store.
They’re so amazing!! My pool almost always has an issue after rain & they help me so much!! Patience is key lol!! My pool is blue again yay!! Plus we are church family so it makes it more of a blessing!! Best family owned business & they will always be my favorite!!! Thank you to all of you!! God bless!!
Exceptional service very knowledgeable and friendly staff we highly recommend them for you needs. Everyone there is professional, they assist you in what you need and educating you on the best way to maintain your pool you could never ask for any better service. They are quality first class.
I was having problems keeping chlorine in my pool. A pool supply store in Tulsa suggested that I shock the pool with 2 bags of shock and add 1lb of soda ash. I did so that evening. The next morning, no chlorine. I returned to the store with a water sample and was told this time to shock with 5 bags. That evening I tried 5. Next morning no chlorine.
