Purchased my pool July 9,2016 and am still waiting. Have been told one excuse after another. Then found out it is under new ownership beginning the very day the original owner Rory promised to take care of my situation. Then found out they havnt even got my pool delivered to them, after repeatedly telling me I was next to be installed. Now the so called new owners, Jason & Cullen , won't return calls. bought a pool from him & his father 4 years ago the pool cracked the first year we had it. It is still cracking they wouldn't stand behind the life time warranty. if you have one just throw the warranty away they will not honor it Went to talk to Rory String he was very rude threw me out and said he would call the cops. Let me start by saying VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE! Purchased a spa back in November of 2015. Here it is 7/12/16. Had issues with temp staying up over 103 degrees with thermostat set at 80. Called the pool store left 2 messages, not one call returned for over a week. Finally, I called the manufacturer and he walked me trough how to fix the problem. These people are rude, unethical, and completely unprofessional. Just go read the comments they make on the reviews on their Facebook page. It is very unprofessional.
They don't stand behind their work. Product they sell is good, but their labor and honor of warranty is lacking.....buyer beware of hostile environment if you call in for warranty issues.
I want to take this chance to tell everyone about our beautiful new swimming pool. It is above & beyond all expectations! Just as important to us was the timeliness that you started and completed the work. We have an impatient 12 year old in our home (as well as an impatient 48 year old) who couldn't wait to take that first swim in the pool.
