Disorganised, difficult company to deal with
Very disappointing customer service . The store sold and installed heater which clearly was not appropriate for our pool. Then refused to cover repair of faulty parts under its warranty terms after less than 3 months of use. Very delayed response time to investigate issues we had with the heater and general lack of support after purchase.
These guys are great. They always have the parts I need. Pool Patrol never has what I need.
