Yesterday was our first visit to The Pool Store to pick up some chlorine tablets for a neighbor who was out of town. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman and he helped us find the tablets that we needed. I spotted a cute battery operated fish swimming toy which I inquired about if it was fun for kids, and he was enthusiastic about this $24 toy so we added it to our purchase. The personnel were not very helpful or knowledgeable about the pool equipment I wanted to purchase. Found their pricing to be extremely high and found the product elsewhere where for 30% cheaper.

Their people were supposed to come twice a week it’s Thursday. They still haven’t come this week. It’s ridiculous. I got to get another pool service.

I recently purchased a pool cleaner, and it works fine. I also purchased a Sumo pool float that deflated the day after purchasing it. I asked the employee for the best thickest float, and he recommended this one which was not cheap. When i called them the next business day, they refused to exchange it and directed me to the manufacturer for a warranty. Hint, the manufacturer is not listed anywhere. these are sold on all 3rd party sites so no bueno on the replacement.
