Walked in here looking for some Stabilizer. Realized it’s probably a pro supply store. But the guy couldn’t have been cooler. I’ll be back for more stuff soon.
Bought a Hayward pool vacuum online that needed some TLC. Jeff rebuilt it and the thing works like a champ. My dad use to go here before he passed away and now I see why. Good service, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ll definitely be using this store for my pool needs.
Called the store and described my valve issue to Jeff. He ordered the correct part that was ready the next morning but I wasn't available to pick up until closing time. I called Jeff and he assured me he would wait for me. I picked up the part, installed in less than 5 mins and was in the hot tub that night. Thanks a bunch Jeff!
I needed a part to repair my pool heater. I could order it online but wanted it quickly. They were so helpful and able to get it in by the next day! They called me as soon as it arrived and the price was great too. Thank you The Pool Store for being a friendly and awesome small business
