I am giving The Pool Store NO STARS! They talk the talk, but hardly walk the walk. Their pool cleaning service is below par. The pool had algae in it, even after they serviced it. I also have a LA Spa hot tub (purchased through them), which never worked properly for 3-years. The Pool Store are allegedly an authorized service provider, but they gave up on trying to fix the jacuzzi, abandoned me and told me to go elsewhere! Who does that?

The Spa was purchased by Colorado River Landscaping Pools and Spas and the customer is well aware of that. He paid C.R.L. Colorado River has all the info on it as they installed it along with the pool. There was never any complaints by Scott of algae, just the issues with the spa having to be reset. The only time we dealt with algae is when Mike arrived to a B.B.Q in the pool. We would go out and reset the spa for him each time.
