Stay away from this store. Jonah verified on Friday afternoon that he would be at our house Saturday morning at 9:00 to do a liner repair. Saturday at 1:30, my husband contacted him again to check if he was still coming. Jonah replied that he was in the neighborhood doing a job and would contact us and be to our house when he finished. He never called or came. Also, he had to drive by our house to leave the other job site. If you can't trust a man's word, you sure can't trust his work. DO NOT USE THE POOL STORE!!!
Recanting my review. We were told that since we didn't pay twice as much for our pump motor from Jonah that he didn't have time for our pool. We bought our motor directly from the manufacturer at a greatly discounted price. Thought he might like our cash money to help us get things started again after an emergency kept us from our pool for a year. We were wrong. He's NOT the only pool guy in the area and we will be going elsewhere for our needs. Sorry Jonah, bad business decision on your part.

Does not stand behind his work. We had a solar pool heater installed in May. It never worked and in fact our pool temperature was colder than others we talked to that didn't have a heater. Phone calls and texts were never answered and after a visit to the store, Jonah said he would make it right and would stand behind his work. That didn't happen either. He never came back. Do not use him or you will lose your money too.
The pool store This guys is the first pool service man we have had in 3 years that knows what he's doing andis happy to explain what he's doing. He we'll be our pool man again this year
