I was sceptical at first but much research decided to give them a go. Well after going through the treatment following the instructions to the letter. It has worked. Further to this I thought I had a black spot in my concrete pool. After sending a photo I was advised it was stain from leaving leaves on the bottom to rot and stain. (My Bad) Sent the correct product to me and now the pool stain has disappeared. Very happy with the results. Would have been more helpful if Wade responded to emails quicker though.
