The worst company to deal with. My pool is leaking around 4 inches a week. The pebble finish has big white streaks on the bottom and they rubbed the pebble finish all up the grout.
Wow what an amazing experience, the cost, the quality, and the great communication and helping me get what I wanted with such great quality is exactly what I needed, I had another company do it and they made it worse then better ! So happy to use them for my pool.
TPS completed a huge renovation of the pool and deck before I purchased the house and did an amazing job. An after market skimmer was put in and was having problems, so Zain came out (even though this was not part of their install) and did a thorough inspection to ensure the pool was functioning as required. Zain was great spent time talking me through all my questions since this is a new pool for me. I would highly recommend TPS to anyone wanting to renovate or upgrade their pool.
After a very bad experience with another pool contractor, we chose The Pool Specialist to complete our pool renovation. This team was prompt, thorough, and gave us many options. With the numerous questions and changes that we had, they completed tye project in 5 months, which included delays due to a hurricane and tropical storm. We would highly recommend them, and you WILL not regret having them as a contractor.
