We had “The Pool Spot” do a complete makeover on our pool (new liner, stairs and pavers). We now have drains on our patio that don’t work, multiple broken pavers, and no response when trying to contact the owner, Jarrod. In addition, our pool light does not work and they attempted to install it and replace it multiple times during the remodel and it still doesn’t work. They did great putting in our new liner we were very satisfied It's just convenient to have a local pool place.
Had an inground pool installed by them disapointed with the "process" and "outcome". If you are looking for a pool I suggest looking elswhere. The only thing about a pool he can maybe do right is a quote on one. Not terrible but not good either. You've been warned.
So glad to finally have a pool store more local great guy to do bussiness with very honest
