I recently attempted to purchase a pool cover but it appeared they weren’t to keen on my business. I spoke with Cathy from the Edwardstown store. Quite rude and abrupt and put out by the fact I’d called while she was serving another customer. She did run through a couple of options but then became annoyed at my questions and ended the call with “well when you’ve made up your mind, call back” and hung up! My business went to Pool Worx at Somerton Park. Far more professional and will bend over backwards to assist.

We bought our spa from the Pool & Spa Shop Edwardstown.The deposit was paid on 15/11/2013, we were told that anticipated delivery would be in 8 to 10 weeks, which would make delivery between January 10th to 24th 2014, we finally received it on March 2nd, over 15 weeks since the deposit was paid. Excuses were made. Despite our having had experience with a previous spa using a well know reputable brand of chemical system, we were talked into using a chlorine free system that The Pool & Spa Shop advocated/pushed.
