Ewin and Andrew were so helpful today. Called desperately needing some help as pool pump wasn’t working. Ewin stepped me through a few ideas at fixing as they were flat out and wouldn’t get chance to come and have a look. I sent pics through and followed his advice (which worked) and then Andrew responded with some further advice for future. Amazingly helpful to people who haven’t previously been clients of theirs - couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you guys!
Not recommended. Worst experience ever, it a nightmare. I have been a customer of this swimming pool shop for the past three years since moving into a house with a pool, and I have spent a significant amount of money here, including replacing a chlorinator and purchasing a pool-cleaning robot. I wanted to replace the skimmer dress ring and cover but despite follow-ups I haven’t received a response in two weeks. This is quite disappointing and non-responsive. I usually avoid rating but I’m forced to rate this low.
Excellent service. Andrew patiently explained how the pool system works and guided me through the maintenance process.
