I have called this business no less than 5 times over the last 2 seasons and sent email inquiries for pool opening's/closings, I’ve yet to receive any sort of response. We’re all busy, we can’t accommodate everyone, I get that, but not so much as a “we can’t get to you this year” in response, it’s just crickets. This isn’t how you do business, responding to people is common courtesy.
The Pool Sitter has been doing our opening and closing for the last 3 years, and for many years before with the previous owners of our home. He is great to deal with, and his pricing can't be beat. He's helped us with a few other issues we've had, and we are so thankful. Will continue to count on Paul for all our pool needs.
