Great shop went for a cue. Knowledgeable and helpful staff nice selection too and you can try them out so that's a big plus.
The techs that came to my house were phenomenal, they did a fantastic job with the opening. I give them 5 stars. My 2 star review reflects the communication with the service staff. They advised me that the 2nd opening visit will occur 2 days after the first visit. The 2nd visit occurred 7 days after the first visit. I would be advised that the techs will be arriving in the afternoon, only to receive cancellation call at 4pm, after waiting around all day. I can always count on their pool water test reports to keep my pool water in perfect condition. The new waiting area was a very good idea. Why did you wait so long?
Always went here for my spa chemicals but decided to try them for the drain & clean service Arrived in the morning, did a fantastic job on inside. I wish a time window could be provided, when asked I was told morning based.on my L8V postal code. Was slightly disappointed to see the cover was not wiped down as indicated. It is still quite caked with overall dust
