As a new pool owner, I've found The Pool Shop Kalamunda to be an absolute lifesaver. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I love how I can easily bring in a water sample and get a clear printout showing exactly which chemicals I need. It takes all the guesswork out of pool maintenance. Highly recommend!
Called just before closing time on one Saturday afternoon, with an issue around my pool pump, not expecting a great deal due to the timing. That was certainly not the case though - Ben answered the phone, and was more than happy to help me out. He talked me through some things over the phone, to find a solution then and there, and told me to come to the shop if I couldn’t solve the problem.
