Honest and professional, they are very helpful and NOT greedy. They were able to troubleshoot what may have been our issue and fairly, graciously refunded us for not having to actually come to our home. We will surely give them our business in the future!
This is the best pool company in central Florida. All of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and they can quickly diagnose and fix any issue you may come across. Their prices are extremely affordable and communication is excellent. I’d recommend the pool repair guy to anybody who needs it.
We had our pool resurfaced this October. The pool resurfacing was very nice but the two separate contractors that came to do the work we are not happy with. They left the residue from what they put in the pool on the pool deck and it’s dried on. We now have to paint the pool deck. They also bent our screen door holder. We were just hoping it was done more professional as far as that was concerned.
The Pool Repair Guy did a great job refinishing our pool, and the pool itself looks very good. Unfortunately, the experience overall was extremely disappointing. During the job, they damaged our pool deck and broke our screen door. Since October, The Pool Repair Guy repeatedly guaranteed that they would come back to fix the damage, but they never followed through despite multiple assurances.
