I don't trust this store at all! I have tried to us them twice now and have found that they misrepresent their services and I don't trust their "diagnostics" of equipment. They are out for the all mighty buck!
Every time i have gone to the pool place it has been nothing but a good experience. Employees are nice and will answer any question you have. they deffinately helped me out alot this year. Ive had a tough time with my water becoming balanced and have had to replace my pump. I did my price shopping and i have to say Pool Place is the lowest. With the short season we had due to rain and it not being the summer we all hoped for. Great store, very knowledgeable sales staff. Lowest prices on patio furniture we could find. Great selection!
Very knowledgable staff, fairly friendly. A bit pricey but they always get it right. Not a large service area. I have been a returning customer for years.
