good place for your supplies altho their prices are high, everything is usually in stock..they have items other stores don't carry and their staff is very smart,..We bring our pool water over to them for periodical testing they give us a rpintout and steer us in the right direction to help fix the problems PROS: always have stock CONS: sorta outta the way, off the beaten path
Unpleasant I found the owners to be rude and condescending to customers. My experience there was an uncomfortable one for me. I came to them with questions on how to balance my pool water, and it seemed that they were berating me for slipping up with my chemicals. I felt as though their patronizing manner was rather unprofessional. Don't Deserve Your Business The people that work at the Pool Place are rude and don't deserve the business. I also found them to be condensing. Furthermore, they recommended chemicals I didn't end up needing and they have no return policy. They gave me a list of things to get which were very heavy and I had to carry them all to the counter myself while there was 3-4 workers there that did not offer to help until an older women who was like 78-85 yrs old, I assume was the owner, saw them ignoring me and made them help me. pool supplies This store has everything you could need for pool or patio. They really know their stuff when it comes to pool chemicals and anything to do with pools. They also sell patio tables , chairs and cushions. They have pool toys and floats too. You can bring a sample of your pool water and they test it and tell you what to add and what to do to maintain good readings with the chemicals.
