I purchased a Four Wind Grand Bahama Spa hot tub for $8,538.93 from this company in April of 2021 and all the head rests which were made out of rubber were literally falling off. See pictures. Just visited to see what was offered, mainly pool supplies. There is a larger store in Knoxville.
Save yourself the hassle and find a different pool place or give your business to the one in Knoxille. The staff is extremely unhelpful and doesnt want to work at this location.
