I’ve been going to Jeff for years and he always solves my problems. He saved the day again today by identifying the problem on my broken pool pump and fixing it in 10 minutes. I always have a great experience at The Pool Place!
I would like to share my positive experience with the Pool Place. I am so grateful to Jeff from The Pool Place. He went above and beyond to help me problem solve why my pool heater wasn’t working. He tried to solve by phone call, when that didn’t work, he FaceTimed to resolve the problem, and when that didn’t work, he came to my house within 5 minutes to solve the heater problem! I recommend the pool palace to anyone looking to learn what to do as a first time pool owner. The staff is very friendly and Jeff, the owner even took time out of his day to show me exactly how to set up my pool filter.
Bought a pump and filter from Jeff. At a great price very helpful and knowledgeable great pool Place! Will definitely go back for my pool needs.
I've been coming here for a couple of years, and they are awesome! They always have all my pool needs. Great staff, always helpful.
