Very cool people and they do Head Stones for Memories of the Past or Present
Always helpful, knowledgeable and give great advice. I feel lucky they are my local pool place
We bought a $1,700 Dolphin S400 from here three years ago. The first 2 years was great, during the warranty period. Now, it's been in the shop at least 5 times; 3 times this week. A new motor gear, active bush gear, front wheel and front wheel bushing were replaced this week. It is still not working. Now they want $479 plus tax for a new motor! The Pool Place is NOT computerized, so they have no idea on any of the paperwork or specifics of my unit. Unreal! I called the factory direct myself (Maytronics) and they are helping ... read more
