We bought a $1,700 Dolphin S400 from here three years ago. The first 2 years was great, during the warranty period. Now, it's been in the shop at least 5 times; 3 times this week. A new motor gear, active bush gear, front wheel and front wheel bushing were replaced this week. It is still not working. Now they want $479 plus tax for a new motor! Great Support and advice for your Hot Tubs and pools! We turn to Sam & Kelly at The Pool Place on Missouri Flat Road for all our hot tub supplies and their expertise in maintaining our water balanced. After trying Bull Frog app (fail) I can go to them to maintain our water balanced … or to correct it after I have seemed to fail on keeping it balanced correctly. Always a warm greeting & great advice. You’re “one stop shop” for your water balancing and chemical needs!
