Great local business to support that gave me a disabled veteran discount without me asking. Very knowledgeable young employees. Today my opinion has changed from 5 star to 1 star. So sorry Kevin and Linda for writing this negative portion but, not sure why but there is zero communication between you staff and the client (That be me) going on day 4 after schedule service and if I would not have called I'd be more lost than I am right now. Anyone recommend pool guys near Pascoag that can help ASAP?
Kevin and Linda are very nice! So I’m not thrilled writing this. But we were told our installation would be the first week of June and according to Kevin that was the worse case scenario because he would rather say a later time so when he’s earlier that’s great. But to tell us again the week of June 16th worse case scenario because of the rain we had and he was backed up, I was ok things happen but to call today and ask what day they will be coming out and I get not this week next week infuriated me. Awful awful service, we contacted them to do a pool opening and they leave the pool worse green than they found it. They never backwashed the filter, they didn't bring pump to take water off cover and not sure that they added enough chemicals as it's seems to be getting greener every day. Avoid!
Incredible service and great advice. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. I made an appointment to have them open my pool. They were pretty much booked up but snuck me in. They arrived exactly when they said they were going to. I’ll never go anywhere else for pool supplies or service.
