I went back to this store after receiving fantastic customer service on my first visit a few months ago. Unfortunately the same could not be said for today. The women who served me had more attitude then a spoilt kid. I was made to feel I was doing her a disfavour by walking into the shop. The only reason I went was for the customer service as it is not the closest retailer to me. Disappointed to the point ,I probably won't be back. Young man was so helpful as the pool was about to overflow & I couldn’t remember the process to get the pool system to dump some water. He went through it but by bit while I wrote it down. Thank you so much.
I can't speak highly enough of Clayton. His knowledge, professionalism and proficiency was above any other pool person I have encountered in Cairns. He made diagnosing our leak issue seem easy after we'd spoken to countless people that had gotten it wrong or told us it would be a huge expensive process to figure out. Then he got in and got it fixed in good time. Cheers Clayton!
