Terrible customer service, called for a quote and availability and response is everyone is on vacation, she’s not sure if they can even service the pool but she needs a credit card? No Thank you, I will pass
A JOKE
DO NOT HIRE THEM. After 2 months and hundreds of dollars spent my pool was as dark green as an abandoned pond. After multiple "service calls" and shock treatments they couldn't have my pool cleared. I finally had to hire another company. The new company came in and in 3 days I had crystal clear water. In addition to their professional inability the serviceman is seen on my surveillance system relieving himself behind the shed just 3 feet away from the pool itself. The owner, Kevin, is very friendly and helpful with all my pool needs. He taught me how to take care of my pool. Great pool company to work with.
