Visited this store for the first time, I am a local, and had a great experience. The store has a very good vibe to it, owner was extremely helpful and found what I wanted. It will be my go-to from now on.
I buy my supplies and also bought a pool cleaner. It didn't work out and they took it back for refunded easy.
Very happy I came to The Pool Lady. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and excellent products. I will definitely be back and use this business for all of my future pool needs.
Although this is very unlike me, I had such an absolutely awful experience today with the woman at the water testing counter that I felt compelled to have to share. Not only was she loud, rude and abrasive; she made me feel extremely incompetent and uncomfortable in front of the other customers.
