Very happy I came to The Pool Lady. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and excellent products. I will definitely be back and use this business for all of my future pool needs.
Although this is very unlike me, I had such an absolutely awful experience today with the woman at the water testing counter that I felt compelled to have to share. Not only was she loud, rude and abrasive; she made me feel extremely incompetent and uncomfortable in front of the other customers. Recently separated, this is my first time operating a pool on my own and I am eager to get it ready for my kids. We encountered multiple unexpected issues when opening our pool this year including replacing the the multiport valve on our sand filter and also needing to remove all the sand from our filter and replacing it after the lateral assembly became dislodged. We also had multiple leaks at different connections. The staff at the at the pool lady were so helpful and knowledgeable whether we called them or went in during all of this.
