Best service we have had in years. Frank came out after our pool was replastered and we needed to get the water restarted with chemicals and scrubbing. He came out every dsy to take care of it. My service is once a week and sometimes during warm weather we do need to give a quick scrub so no algae starts to grow. He also replaced our old motor. Everything is now working and we have had no issues.
I've tried the rest, and I finally found the best. Frank's guy Tom came out and replaced my pump, which was done expertly, quickly, and for a very fair price. Frank then came out to my place to take a look at my pool and equipment. I learned more from him in the time than anyone else since owning a pool. Frank and his Pool Guys are my new weekly maintenance providers as well as my go-to for any issues that come up with equipment. Never returned call
We used these guys for a month or two because we bought a new house our first with a pool and they were already servicing the pool. That went south quickly... Right when is started warming up I got in the pool and noticed some algae on the walls. When my wife emailed to ask questions to know if we were neglecting some pool care we didn't know we were responsible for, and after two emails we were told that he could tell we were going to be a "problem pool" and should look elsewhere for service.
