HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! RUN AND RUN FAST. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give to leave this review. They installed a pool at my home and within months everything showed it self. My pool looks 10 years old and its only 2 yrs old. All the coping is leaning and dividing because they never installed rebar like they were supposed to. It rained when they poured concrete and never came back to fix it. Had pool Guys from ***************** Install an above pool 33 foot round if had to do it all over I would not have chosen a his company.. for one first 2 days of installing pool our pool liners busted after paying to have it filled.. then it took them like 6 weeks before they put the new one in. Also they did not put enough sand on the ground for the pool and now we have weeds growing in the pool liner so all our water is gone. We started the process of an above ground pool back in March. They did an awesome job putting up in one day we had spent $400 on getting the water put in by the fire department. However, we felt like we had a leak we were losing water somewhere just couldn't figure it out. We begged and begged for someone to come look at it. Finally someone did and we a rip in the seam of the liner. We were told they were on back order or they had one left in the office we could have. Yes we were notified of the pool losing water we came out a couple of times to look over pool and equipment for leaks. Noticed there was a small leak at skimmer screws were tightened and informed the customer to let us know if any water loss was noted after that. Customer called back a few days later and stated they were still losing water. We came back a couple days later and used leak section equipment to octane leak.
