I called The Pool Guys of Englewood to get our pool back in shape after trying three other pool service companies. Tanner was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was causing the algae problem. We followed his plan to lower the CYA, balance the water chemistry, and get the filtration working right, and the pool has never looked better. It was clear he really understands pool water care and does not just toss in shock every week without fixing the real issue.
