Based on my professional experience this pool guys a waste of time I called the pool clown to help me with my pool service he did not answer so I left a message so I get a txt back several hours later that he will be Happy to service my pool and gave me a price so I asked him if the can start the following week he said he would be able to well long story short I tryed getting him to service my pool last year and he said give him my address and he would do it well he never showed up something this year I figured I'd give it a... read more

Rude lazy and slow something sketchy about this guy
Spoke with them to set a time to look at my pool and make repairs, set the day as a Saturday and the guy does not show up. No phone call, text or anything to reschedule or let me know he wasn't going to make it, went to another company instead. Still haven't heard from them, oh well.
Chris was very responsive, professional and friendly. He came out the same day and was very upfront on his analysis. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. We will be using his service from now on.
