Called the number, left a message and he got right back to me the next day. We talked for about 30 minutes. I sent him my e-mail address and location and he said he would e-mail me a proposal and put me on the schedule for this week. When I didn't receive anything I texted a few times and then got a response asking me who this was. Nobody has the time for this

I had great responsiveness and service from this company. I called the main number and left a message. I received a response the same day from Jay and in fact he came out the same day to examine my issue with my hot tub, control panel, provided a reasonable estimate and obtained the parts and completed the job the next day. Job was completed timely in a professional manner at a fair price!! I couldn’t ask for any better service. I highly recommend and will use again.
