Used ken to install our cover 14 years ago. When it needed replaced, we used him again. Manufacturer sent the wrong size for the replacement so he sent it back to the company to recut it, which they messed up. It worked at first but then the guide rope disconnected, and should have been under warranty. We called/emailed/texted Ken countless times (since July 2020-April 2021) and instead of fixing the problem or even just giving us a recommendation, he just ghosted us.
