The pool guy knows more about pool problems than anyone in the area. The service is fast and honest. I have used him for repair and information on how to maintain my pool. I cannot speak to the cleaning service, but if you are in need of quality repair or handling problems related to chemicals, he is your guy! I won't use anyone else. It sounds like Sam and I had a similar situation. While, I believe the owner to be a great guy and easy to deal with. His staff is beyond subpar. I have been with these guys for two years, so I gave them plenty of opportunities. After I started noticing them only stop to drop off their hang tag, I decided I had enough. I am sure the pool guy could be good, I just think they need to do a better job hiring. I've been with Brazos Valley Pools and they seem to have a solid owner AND a solid staff.
I have been using the Pool Guy for almost 3 years. Never had a problem and love the service!
I use the Pool Guy all the time....I bought a house with a spa and he has replaced the motor and helped me maintain it for a fairly low cost each time I had troube....all I have to do is text them when I run out of chemicals and they show up on my door step the next day...I would highly recommend this company to help maintain a pool or spa....! Great work guys...
The managers and employees of this company are tremendously incompetent, dishonest, and have horrible service. I have a property i manage which had a pool contract with them for several months and have been disappointed every single month. It is always one excuse after another in regards to keeping the pool clean. They seem to only be on point when it comes to sending a bill though.
