Our pool has truly become the highlight of our backyard here in Tampa. The Pool Experts of Citrus Park built our pool, and we couldn’t be happier with their outstanding work. I called to ask for an estimate to start monthly pool maint and replace a hayward pool light.. they are close by and were offered pics and specs of the pool but still wanted to charge me $100 to give me an estimate? fyi most small business owners value customers enough not to do that. I never had a pool company charge me to onboard a new customer @ any of my properties. Just be aware
We relocated to Tampa and required some repairs on the pool at our new home. The service team did an amazing job, providing quality work at a fair price, and I appreciate their honesty. We continue to rely on them for our pool maintenance needs as well. Overall, I'm very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others. While communication is mainly through emails and texts, which sometimes leads to slight misunderstandings, I feel confident that they will continue to improve.
I really enjoy the pool service! Marvin is always so knowledgeable and helpful when I call, and he gets back to me quickly if I need more info. The communication is fantastic, and I appreciate that there's always a real person answering the phone promptly. The technicians are on time and do their work efficiently. It's a great service with great value for the fees charged. Pool repairs can be a hassle, but this team makes it a positive experience!
