Hello, my pool was scheduled in advance for winterize/closing and they didn’t show up. They didn’t respond my email and they didn’t pick up the phone. So they are not a professional, not responsive.
Such a great experience! I scheduled my service directly on their website. The level of service and customer communications far exceeded my expectations. Once onsite I was notified by text. They were diligent and professional in their work, in addition to providing priceless information to help me understand the needs of my pool system So happy to be part of the Pool Doctors Plus family!
