Called due to a leak in my pool pipes. Stephen came to check it out. Left. Never fixed anything, never told me anything, never called me, never emailed me, and ignored my call/voicemail. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this was possibly the worst "professional" interaction I've ever had.
