Never used their services, but I witnessed the heavy set gentleman with the beard being EXTREMELY rude. Got the name of the business off his pickup truck. I'd never trust someone who behaves like that near my home
My pump broke..... I sent a pic of the pump, called me back in 15 min said they would pick it up a new one and have John install it by EOD. Super Fast I recommend these guys for repairs Thank you

Joe came out to my house recently and helped with a couple small projects. When I came down later to look at the pool equipment it was a complete mess with my things out in the lawn, trash left on the ground, all the panel boxes left open with parts hanging out, uncapped wires completely exposed, etc. It was very sloppy work. Unprofessional, probably unstable. Used Joe for 2 years for routine pool maintenance on a rental property on folly. The heater was always broken when I went to use it. When I told him, dealt with long winded unhinged phone conversations I just didn’t have the time for. He’s annoying but I thought he did decent work overall so kept with it. Last year Joe just decided to increase my monthly rate without discussing with me.
