Young man named Adam does an outstanding job servicing my pool. Goes above & beyond in a quick yet remarkably thorough manner. I am very pleased & quite impressed. I've experienced poor customer service with this company. Andy in particular is volatile, and they rarely follow up on problems or questions. I paid them to resurface a pool in April. I asked for paperwork, and never received anything. I asked for warranty info, and never received anything. Very much a hand-shake good ol’ boy operation, and I now see why.
