The older gentleman was a bit snobby. Seems like a moody guy. Word of advice, you’re not the only circus in town. When someone walks into your place of business especially a small business as yours, it will cost you absolutely nothing to say hello, how can I help you.

Recommend this location, Philip helped me today he was very patient and knowledgeable told me to ask all questions as I’m new to all pool stuff .Thank you Philip we will definitely be coming back .

While a few other local pool stores just pointed me in a direction to look for what they might have, at the pool connection I was personally assisted to find/come up with what I needed to attach a new/replacement salt/chlorine generator to my pool. The new one was slightly different and you could not just swap them out.
