It states in services that they open and close pools. After 4 phone calls to schedule, Steve answered the phone and said he only open and closes pools he puts in. New to the area I was looking for a pool company that could help me update my pool and help with design. I guess he is to busy to take on new business. Disappointed 😔
Robert, Steve and crew installed my pool 16 years ago, put in a new liner recently and have been opening and closing the whole time. they are like my pool "family". always there when I needed them. no need to look further. thanks guys.
I wanted to post this before the build season starts. Please be careful selecting this company, choose one that will own their mistakes and is hopefully insured to cover them. They did earn some stars, charming crew, sales add-on were handled well, in general they were okay to work with, see that other review (harley324) that was while “in process” , it was like that until after “completion”.
