I purchased my pool a year ago initial meeting positive very polite and seemed customer friendly. 1 year out my above ground pool is out of the tract and washing under the pool. One of the pool supports is almost off block. Owner states workmanship in only warrantied for 14 days. That anything can happen in a year. That I needed to convert the water so it would not wash. Had a above ground pool for more than 20 years never had a problem like this. Seems as if the sidewall wouldn't just come out of the tract and support slip.
These Hot Tubs are the best! Great people to deal with & follow up with any trouble -
this business is very helpful and knowledgeable about the care of pools and are willing to go out of their way to help us. they are very friendly and I called the better business beaure to ask about them before purchasing my pool from them and they have an A Plus rating. I highly recomend the pool center
