I have been using The Pool Butler of Sarasota for almost 2 years and cannot say enough good things about our experience. Anytime we have a question he is very responsive and comes out almost immediately to help make sure our pool is sparkling clean as quickly as possible. Great customer service and our pool is consistently looking beautiful! Highly recommend
I had the same exact problem with service as Kathy’s review! Jeff said one of his guys tried to come into my backyard, but there was something in the way and couldn’t get back to the pool. For one it was a piece of plastic that blew over from the storm and number two I have a gate on the other side of the house with nothing there. Jeff texted me from an appointment with his Pain Doctor (enough said about that.) Sending Rude Unprofessional and Untrue messages. Just Quit After The Storm Don’t Hire!
Great service. Jeff really knows what he is doing.
After a big storm, Jeff abruptly quit with absolutely no notice. Via text message. He completely left us in a bind having to find someone new right after the storm. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Run away!!
