My son's swim instructor, Sheelagh, was exceptional and deserves five stars. This review is about the facility and its overall culture. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff left a very different impression. What stood out most was a lack of empathy, professionalism, and common sense. Respectful communication would have gone a long way.
Members only- not a public pool. Unfortunately they did not include this very important fact in any of their information on Google maps. Still a beautiful pool, I wish I could go.
