Attentive and kind staff, strong drinks, good value for your $$. The pool is fantastic as is resting on the comfortable chairs and under the shade or the umbrellas. The hottub is nice and spacious.
Hostesses there are very flirtatious with the men there even if they see they are married.
Great layout and services (people come up to take your orders) but the towel boy at the booth (middle age man) was rude and racist. Demanding to see our room key and know where we were going?? He even followed us to the spa (where were heading) ....
Too expensive for what it is. Plenty of other pools around with more to offer for the same price.
Nice hotel in Henderson. Unfortunately my bathroom ceiling leaked water when people in the room above me showered. I called the front desk to report the incident and engineering came right up. Lots of wet clothes but otherwise no real issue once they stopped showering above me. Despite telling me they would move me, they didn’t. I was leaving the next day anyway so I didn’t need a new room. Then they said they would compensate me in my room rate instead.
