It’s a nice place, good atmosphere, customer service is also good, and it can be pretty enjoyable; however, the lifeguards let kids run around like wild animals disrupting the piece, bumping into guests’ chairs and creating commotion. It’s absolutely wild that even after guests complain and seem visibly disturbed by the constantly running children, the guards are still completely unable to get the situation under control. We rented a cabana at Green Valley Ranch Resort yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best pool experiences we've ever had. The cabana itself was beautiful! Everything was clean and well maintained, with comfortable upholstered furniture, lounge chairs, fans, misters, a TV, refrigerator, safe, beach towels, a sunhat, and even a grassy turf area.
