We have shopped at every pool and spa store in NWA over the years and when we talk to people we tell them that the Fayetteville Pool and Spa is the best! They communicate with you, have parts in stock, are affordable and are very friendly. They do repairs in a timely fashion and are the most affordable in all of Northwest Arkansas. Highly recommend you spend your dollars with this great business if you are looking to get a pool, spa or sauna!
Stopped in the Finnleo Pure Sauna store in Fayetteville last week. This was the second attempt---they were closed the first time a week earlier even though the hours indicated open for business--probably weather but no communication or hours change posted anywhere. We are serious buyers for a sauna in our home. Finnleo has good reviews online and this was our closest 'authorized dealer.' Store associates did not seem to care that we came in--offered little to no help with questions. Very disappointing.
