Had a part I needed for a hot tub drain and the gentleman working in parts was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and made some suggestions to help me in the future. Definitely a great experience.
Kim has gone out of her way to help with our older pool. We were not a customer prior to 2024 (I always do my own pool work.) I opened my pool and discovered a leak in my liner. Kim squeezed us in to their busy schedule with her established clients. The company has gone above and beyond to help me get my liner repaired and the pool open. Kim always returned my call and took the time to share her knowledge.
Great place to get anything you need for your pool or spa!
Went for a part for the hot tub and the gentleman knew what it was and had it in stock! Didn't have to call the repair guy!
